Section 4: Enrolments, Cancelations & Refunds Policy
• Course places shall not be held or guaranteed until course fees have been paid in full.
• No refunds shall be issued on cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice however Technical Access & Rescue Academy Ltd may at its discretion offer placement on a course scheduled at a later date.
• IRATA Training course cancellations received with more than 14 days’ notice shall be subject to a $350 cancellation fee.
• Courses running as scheduled maybe dependent on a minimum enrolment number. Where Technical Access & Rescue Academy Ltd cancels a course through a lack or enrolments or for any other reason, a full refund or a position on another scheduled course shall be offered.
• Reassessment fee’s maybe payable for failed assessments, please confirm costs with Technical Access & Rescue Academy Ltd prior to course commencement.
