Starting your career as an industrial rope access technician with TARA means you are on the pathway to a fascinating and globally recognised profession. As you progress the IRATA training scheme you can complete your Level 2 and 3 IRATA courses with us, ending up as a qualified supervisor (check out this story on what an industrial rope access supervisor does).
